This major striking error is an exciting Die Adjustment Strike on a $2 coin from Australia. This $2 coin issue was struck from 1988-2018.

The obverse depicts the 3^rd Portrait of Queen Elizabeth. The reverse depicts an Australian Aboriginal Man in ½ Portrait with the southern cross constellation, native grass and tree.

Shown for comparison are both a normal $2 strike of this series and the error $2 die adjustment coin. Both the error coin and the normal coin weigh 6.36 grams which is the correct specification weight. In my experience, major striking errors from Australia are super scarce.
