I recently purchased three examples of Lincoln Cents that are double denominations. All three are dated 1965 and were struck at the San Francisco Mint. It is the first year that dimes were struck in the clad composition and this is in demand in the 11-cent series. Struck 1965 dimes were overstruck by the 1965 cent dies creating a very dramatic and visual mint error.
